PART - B

Payment Collection Fees: - Seller shall pay Rs-25 or 2.5% (whichever is higher) to TMPL of transaction, as payment collection fees*.

Dead weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. However, for some products as may be agreed between the parties, Surface charges will be Rs. 17 per kg (exclusive of service tax) of products subject to minimum charges of Rs-133/-.

3. Item weight will be calculated basis the item master created by seller but in case of deviation from actual shipping weight, higher of the two will be charged.

4. Standard Packaging charge of Rs.7/ packet is applicable on all the shipments.

PART - D : Customer Returns

1. In case there is a Direct Shipment Returns due to damaged/defective / wrong product shipment, all charges/ commission shall be borne by the Seller.

2. In case of Vendor related cancellations due to out of stock or due to delay in shipment, all charges/ commission shall be borne by the Seller except payment collection charges.

3. In case of replacements because of color/ size related issues, shipping charges shall be borne by TMPL and reverse Pick up charges shall be borne by Seller.

4. In case of Post Shipment returns because of non a acceptance of the product by the customer, All charges shall be borne by TMPL. However seller will have to pay one way shipping charges if shipment is made after 2 days of order booking.

5. In case of replacements due to point 1, all charges to be borne by the Seller.

Note:- In addition to the fees and charges mentioned in Part- B, C, and D, Service Tax shall be charged extra.
